Healthy Blueberry Crumble
So I was in search for a recipe that would encourage me to eat more blueberries (often called a “superfood”) and I obviously wanted it to be reasonably healthy, while using at least some of the ingredients I use already! I have lots of blueberries on hand right NOW and wanted more ways to consume them on a regular basis, considering they have SO many health benefits! I eat them often as a stand alone snack or occasionally in my greek yogurt. The truth is I don’t love blueberries. I like them, but I don't love them. But the benefits of eating them are too hard to pass up! Check out this recipe I found! “Healthy Blueberry Crumble!”
