  • EVERYONE! All fitness levels. Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced. ANYONE looking to improve their health can benefit from training with Andrea, and she has worked with clients ranging from 11 years old to 81 years old. Because she caters each fitness plan to the individual person, she can help people at all levels accomplish their personal goals.

  • The beauty of virtual personal training with Andrea is that you can train with her LIVE from anywhere you are using a phone, tablet, or laptop. Whether that’s your home, at your local gym, on a work trip, on vacation, or anywhere you are, she can guide you through a workout via video call. She can help you use whatever equipment you have available to you and customize the workout to fit your needs.

  • You can choose between 30 minute and 45 minute workouts.

  • You can expect lots of VARIETY! You will never get bored. Workouts with Andrea are always different, and you will never do the same workout twice. She incorporates a variety of styles, and everything you do in your workouts will be personalized to YOU and your specific goals.

    During each training session, you can expect to be working the whole time. It will usually include some sort of warm-up to prepare your body for the workout and then you will get right to the main training exercises.

  • No! You can train with minimal equipment. Andrea has some equipment that she will recommend to you which includes resistance bands and a pilates ball, and you would also benefit from having two or three sets of dumbbells available to you. And don’t forget that you can get a great workout with just bodyweight as well, and she will also incorporate some bodyweight only moves.

  • Andrea will get to know you on a deeper level, so she can fully understand your personal goals. She has helped clients lose weight, eat better, build muscle, tone up, get stronger, gain endurance, and look & feel better. She can help provide you with accountability, motivation, support, guidance, and knowledge to make sure you are performing exercises properly to avoid injury. She can help you get in shape, whether it’s for a wedding, a special vacation, or just life in general.

  • Clients who experience success with their training all know that it takes WORK to get results. To be successful, you need to be consistent, continue working hard, and make health and fitness a priority. They know it doesn’t happen overnight and are committed to being patient with themselves and the process. They regularly train with Andrea, they prioritize their sessions, and they don’t get discouraged when the scale isn’t moving or life gets in the way.
