Blueberry Cloud Bread | Light, Fluffy & High-Protein Snack
Craving something sweet but still want to stay on track? This Blueberry Cloud Bread is light, fluffy, and packed with protein — the perfect guilt-free snack or breakfast. With only a handful of ingredients, it’s quick to make and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients:
3 large egg whites (or ⅓–½ cup carton egg whites)
1 tbsp cornstarch (or arrowroot powder)
1 ½ tbsp pure maple syrup (or sugar-free maple syrup)
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup fresh blueberries (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in cornstarch, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Spoon onto baking sheet, top with blueberries, and bake 25–30 mins.
